OVERVIEW

With fall fast approaching, we’re turning our focus toward the RPG DB2 Fall 2019 Summit in Minneapolis, MN from October 15th – October 17th. In addition, a “headstart” day of several hands-on workshops will be offered on October 14th.

DESCRIPTION

The RPG DB2 Fall 2019 Summit is a great opportunity for developers to complement their IBM i knowledge and skills. Susan Gantner, Jon Paris, and Paul Tuohy will be joined by many industry renowned guest instructors who’ll present nearly 50 sessions over three days in a vast array of pertinent IBM i subjects. These will include the latest methods and best practices for immediate use in IBM i application innovation, web development, and mobile apps. More precisely, the topics will include: RPG IV; ILE; Free Form RPG; SQL; DB2 for i strategies; Application Modernization; Leveraging RPG for Web and Mobile Apps; Open Source for IBM i; IBM i Data Analytics; Web Services; ACS, RDi, Git and other modern tools.

In addition to the formal presentations, you have lots of chances during breaks, lunches, dinners, and the expo segments to talk with the guest instructors, vendors, and your peers in a more personal, interactive, and highly educational setting.  This experience is energizing and impossible to gain through online information.

THE EXPO

In addition to all of the informative sessions, the EXPO becomes the center of an exchange of information! The vendors who support the EXPO work with a wide variety of companies like yours.  Please join us at the Silveredge booth to chat with our incredible consultants.
